Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy that allows you to return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Any security seals or protective stickers must not be removed from the item.
- Any customized, engraved, or special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any additional details. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the above conditions, we will process the refund or exchange within 3 business days. Please note that any shipping fees and taxes paid on the original order will not be refunded.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.
